Located in North Raleigh off New Falls of the Neuse Road, Rex Healthcare of Wakefield provides exceptional heathcare for you and your loved ones.
Craig Warner, M.D. and Alison Guptill, M.D. and the staff at Rex Family Practice of Wakefield offer services ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, including physicals for school and sports. As an added conveneince, laboratory and x-ray services are available on-site.
Dr. Warner is is a graduate of Emory University and the Miami School of Medicine. He is former chief resident at the Florida Hospital Family Practice Residency in Orlando, Florida and is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Warner is a good neighbor in the Wakefield community where he resides with his wife and two children.
Dr. Guptill is a graduate of Union College in Schenectady, New York and the SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Richmond, Virginia Chesterfield family practice where she served as chief resident. She currently lives in Bedford with her husband and daughter.

Option #2
Follow Falls of Neuse north for approximately 6 miles beyond the 540 interchange, Take a right onto Wakefield Pines (Wakefield School will be on your right) and follow to New Falls of Neuse Road. Take a left onto New Falls of Neuse and follow for approximately 1.5 miles. Take a left onto Forest Pines Drive. The entrance for Rex Family Practice of Wakefield is the first right turn.
